If you are considering changing your degree program or status, or resuming studies after being absent for a spring or fall semester, review the instructions below.
If you submit an application to request a change to your status or program, your application will be reviewed in the same manner as students who are applying to a graduate program at Penn State for the first time. This requires paying an application fee and submitting all required documentation, such as transcripts.
Have You Completed Your Degree Requirements?
If you are only resuming to submit your intent to graduate, you should not complete an application to resume study. Please contact your plan of study to have your record activated so that you can apply to graduate. This is only for students who have already satisfied all course requirements and who need to graduate. Students who still need to enroll in courses should complete an application to resume study.
